In a time when it seems there is always FAR too much to do in a day or a week or a month, the concept of slowing down the pace seems near impossible. I created my Inspiration Journal a few years ago with words, phrases, art and affirmations to remind me who I am and who I want to become.
Words that provide me comfort and healing in times when I feel overhwelmed with simply surviving one day at a time.
What are your “go to” places? Who are your “go to” people? Those who say you are doing an outstanding job of weathering the storms of life. They lift you up, give you hope, gently guide you on your path forward with patience and reassurance. You laugh together, cry together, and together rekindle a sense of joy and energy around who you are.
In coming posts, I will share selections from my Inspiration Journal. I created this cover by wrapping a 3-ring binder with fabric, typed, printed and wrapped the title.
Good words, Janice! Looking forward to more ~ Diane
